I have started my weight loss on Sept 17, 2023. My starting weight was 211 pounds. Today, I weigh 202 pounds so I have lost almost 10 pounds without tracking or cutting my calories. My only change was increasing my step count and hitting the gym. At first, I overdid it. I didn't see any results until a month later. With the holidays being over, it's time to get back into positive habits and focus on my weight loss journey.
I have decided to lower my portions and eat 3 larger meals with my largest meal in the morning or afternoon. In addition, my workouts will now be at home for convenience and accessibility, or take more walks in nature. Maybe start calorie deficiency.
I will continue to share my weight loss updates, challenges, and successes. Tomorrow, I will share my measurements and goals. I'm excited to see more progress and hopefully meet more people on their journey. xx
